Cancellation and Refund Policies

Return and Exchange Information:

  • Return allowed subject to requests received prior to shipment.
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

Damage Product Return Policy:

  • For damaged products, you must send an email to the customer support team within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • The email must include a video clearly showing the package being opened and the damaged product.

Refund Processing Time:

  • Refunds will be processed and credited to the customer's bank account within 7 working days after the return is approved.
